Inspired by Lomo
Lomography is a world unto itself among photographers. Lomography revolves around an idiosyncratic, highly unpredictable piece of analog (decidedly low-tech) camera equipment: the Lomo LC-A. Originally from the USSR, Lomo cameras produce images that are often blurry, blown out, strangely saturated, and oddly sharpened. The images are quirky, off-kilter, and beautiful.
With my sincerest apologies to Lomo purists, the "Lomo effect" can be reproduced nicely by digital means.
